What to Do When Your Dental Crown Falls Out

When it is ready, the patient returns to the office so that the dentist can bond it over the tooth with dental cement. Light will cure the cement, so it hardens quickly.

After the crown falls out, the person must take good care of the tooth. Chewing on the opposite side of the mouth will help. Also, placing dental wax over the tooth can protect it.
